This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship, how much it costs, and when you can expect your package. We currently ship exclusively within the United States to your home address, ensuring a smooth delivery right to your door.

When Will Your Order Ship?

We're pretty quick! All orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. Just a heads-up: this excludes weekends, public holidays, and any special pre-order items (which will have their own estimated shipping dates).

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email notification packed with real-time tracking details. You'll get a link to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep!

Shipping Rates

We like to keep things straightforward with our shipping. Here's how it works for orders within the USA:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders totaling under $199.00, there's a flat rate charge of $7.90.
  • Free Shipping: Spend $199.01 or more, and your shipping is on us! Enjoy free delivery straight to your home.

Good news if you're a frequent shopper: if you place multiple orders around the same time, we won't charge you any extra shipping fees. We'll do our best to combine them if possible!

Handling & Delivery Time

Here's our estimated timeframe for when your Verrve treasures will arrive:

  • Processing Time: It takes us about 1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) to lovingly prepare and pack your order.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 7-12 Business Days (Monday-Friday).

Important Shipping Notes

  • Double-Check Your Address: Please, please, please make sure your delivery address details are correct when you place your order! If an incorrect address is provided, Verrve isn't obligated to resend your order to the correct address at our expense. We want your goodies to find you!
  • Undelivered Parcels: If your package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll let you know. We'll then process a refund for your order, but please note that the original shipping costs and any other fees we incurred to get the parcel back will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package gets lost or arrives damaged during transit, please don't hesitate to reach out! Email us at info@verrve.shop with your order number.

We'll kick off an investigation and/or claim with our customer support team. This process can take up to 5-10 business days to confirm and process. If your goods arrived damaged, please include photos in your email – it really helps us with your claim!

Duties & Taxes

Just so you know, by United States export regulations, Verrve is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify your order as dutiable “merchandise.” We’re also legally prohibited from marking an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if it’s intended for a gift recipient. This is standard procedure to comply with regulations.
