Just make sure the items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with all their original tags still attached. 2. Proof of Purchase: To ensure a smooth process, please be ready to provide proof of purchase when contacting our support team.

3. Your Free Return Label: Good news! Returns are on us. Once you contact our support team, they'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Just print it, attach it to your package, and send it our way.

Getting Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund. You'll get your money back directly to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary by bank.

Need an Exchange Instead?

If you're looking to swap an item for a different size or color, we're happy to help! Our exchange window is 7 days from your purchase date (or from when your online order was delivered). Just like returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags.

Important Things to Note

To keep things fair and clear, here are a few items that are considered FINAL SALE and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale & Discounted Items: This includes anything purchased during a sale or with a promotional code
  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
  • Footwear & Jewelry: For hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Leather Items: This covers bags, wallets, and any wearable leather pieces.
  • Limited Edition Pieces: If an item is limited edition, we'll clearly mark it in the product description.
A quick heads-up: While returns are free, the original shipping and handling fees from your purchase are non-refundable.
