Q: Where does Verrve ship?
A: We currently ship exclusively within the United States to your home address.

Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: We're fast! Most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and pre-order items. You'll get tracking details via email once it's on its way!

Q: What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
A: For orders under $199.00, there's a flat rate of $7.90. Orders $199.01 and over get free shipping! After 1-3 business days of processing, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please double-check your address at checkout! If an incorrect address is provided, we're not obligated to resend your order at our expense. If a package is returned to us, we'll refund your order minus shipping costs.

Q: What if my order is lost or damaged?
A: Oh no! Please email us at with your order number. For damaged items, include photos. We'll open an investigation, which can take 5-10 business days.

Q: What's your return policy?
A: You can return most items within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags. Visit our Submit Returns page to return your damaged items. Returns are free, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label!

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect in your account.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! You have 7 days from purchase (or delivery) to exchange an item, provided it's in original condition with tags. Email to start an exchange.

Q: Are there any items I can't return or exchange?
A: Yes, FINAL SALE items include sale/discounted items, gift cards, footwear, jewelry, leather items, and limited edition pieces.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, American Express, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Any additional costs will be clearly shown at checkout.

Q: Do you accept cash on delivery or bank transfers?
A: At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfers.

A: Your privacy is our priority! We use industry-standard security measures, including secure payment gateways and SSL encryption, to protect your personal information. We never sell your personal information for monetary value.
